Kristen's Bio
Kristen Smith has been working as a videographer and editor since 1997, specializing in the arena of sports and television programming. A proficient editor with Final Cut Pro, she is also comfortable behind the camera or in the production studio. In 2005 she completed EVS LSM-XT training, and is available as a tape or EVS operator. Since graduating from IUPUI, Kristen has been an active member of the Indianapolis production community.
Kristen's credits include Indiana Pacers and Fever Basketball, The Indianapolis Colts, Fox Sports, Comcast SportsNet, ESPN, Indianapolis Public Schools, Fox 59 A.M. News and The Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Randy's Bio
Randy Kinsley has been working in video production for more than 20 years, spanning both corporate and consumer markets. Clients include Sears, Pepsi, Motorola, Dollar Rent-A-Car, Ameritech and a myriad of smaller companies and individual clients.
Before moving to Indianapolis from Chicago, Randy was partner in RDR Video Productions, Inc. Since arriving, he has immersed himself in the sports arena as well. Randy's work now includes Indiana Pacers and Fever Basketball, Indians Baseball, The Indiana Ice, The Indianapolis Colts, Firebirds Arena Football, The Indiana Tornados and The Indianapolis Motor Speedway. With those credits comes a long list of college and high school sports with WHMB Channel 40.

Dominick's Bio
Dominick Harris started at Full Blown as an intern in December of 2006. After graduating from the Key Learning Community in 2007, he joined the staff as a production and office assistant, and has developed into an editor and cameraman. He has worked on a variety of productions including the Miss Indiana Pageant, Indiana Pacers, the Indianapolis 500, the USGP, and the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard. He is currently pursuing a degree at Ivy Tech.
In addition to his work at Full Blown Productions, Dominick has shot high school football for Insight Media, College football for CSTV, and worked as a utility for the Indianapolis Colts and various College sports.

James' Bio
In 2006 James Panighetti earned his BA in Telecommunications Production from Ball State University. While attending the University James was awarded the David Letterman Scholarship for his work on the short film "Becoming Chad." His expertise includes both production and post production work, including Writer, Director, Editor and Composer credits for the 2006 Feature Film "Hollow-Point."
In addition to his work at Full Blown Productions, James is an active member of the Indianapolis Freelance Community, including work for clients such as DirecTV, WHMB Channel 40, Esper Images Video & Mulitmedia, Vizmo Films, Project Media, Inc., Real Images Video, Indiana Pacers and the CBS Reality Show "Armed and Famous," produced in Muncie, Indiana.
James has been an integral part of many productions, including editing daily recaps of the 2007 GenCon Convention for Best Buy's Geek Squad, shooting, editing and graphics for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the 2008 Miss Indiana pageant.

Brandon's Bio
Brandon Spitz earned a BA from New Media at IUPUI, graduating in May of 2006. Hired as an editor and graphics specialist, he also enjoys running camera in the field. He has worked on projects for clients including Revol, IRL Marketing, Siemens, Miss Indiana, Stir Crazy and Comcast Spotlight.
In addition to his work at Full Blown Productions, Brandon has produced and edited videos for several local musicians. Other clients include Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers and Big 10 Network. He has completed EVS LSM-XT training and is available as an EVS Operator.
